Now Accepting New Clients For In-Person & Virtual Therapy In Colorado

People often carry far more beneath the surface than anyone can see. I work with those who are used to holding it all together. The reliable ones, the high-functioners, the caregivers, the partners and parents who try so hard.

I know what it’s like to lose yourself. And, how to find your way back by slowing down, understanding, and actually listening. Not overthinking. Not pushing through. Listening to what your body — and something deeper — has been trying to say.

You deserve a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, the calm one, or the one who always has it figured out.

The Heart Behind My Work

If you’re looking for a human who truly gets you — you’re in the right place.

You’re in a season of life where things feel more complex than you expected — what many call midlife.

Trying to find your way back to yourself or each other.
Noticing something in you that hasn’t fully been heard…

you don’t have to keep doing this on your own.

This Is Where the Real Work Happens

Who This Is For

Women feeling disconnected from their bodies, their relationships, or themselves and ready for something to shift.

Couples who still care, but feel lost in how to find each other again.

And those who’ve done the talking, but still feel stuck beyond words.

What Becomes Possible

Waking up and recognizing yourself again.
Feeling more settled in your body and your relationship.

Moving through your days with more clarity,
more connection,
and the courage to trust yourself again

And it starts with one conversation.

  • A space where you felt safe, seen, and valued — exactly as you are
  • New perspectives that helped things finally click
  • A clearer sense of who you are (and what you actually want)
  • The confidence to ask for what you need — without overthinking it
  • The ability to stay grounded during hard conversations and big emotions
  • More ease navigating conflict, stress, and old patterns that keep showing up

This is the work.

Not about fixing you — but helping you reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels real, steady, and sustainable.

Change begins with curiosity. Slow down, ask why with compassion, and uncover the patterns and stories that shape how you show up in life and relationships.

Exploration

Imagine, for a moment, if you had…

Healing happens through relationships — with others and with yourself. Connection is the foundation of this work, creating space for empathy, honesty, and growth.

Connection

Imagine, for a moment, if you had…

Honesty with yourself and with others. In our work, we create a space where truth feels safe, where you can name what’s real and be fully seen without judgment.

Honesty

Imagine, for a moment, if you had…

Lasting change happens when you take ownership of your choices, your voice, and your impact. It’s where awareness becomes action, and healing becomes something you can live every day.

Ownership

I’m so glad you’re here

As a therapist, coach, women’s health and somatic movement practitioner, I get it. Life, relationships, and even our bodies can feel complicated.

Therapy with me is real and human. It's a place to explore what’s beneath the surface, from emotions and relationships to body cues and old patterns, without taking it all too seriously.

Using a blend of holistic and evidence-based tools, including intimacy work, trauma-informed care, nervous system support, Brainspotting and my own unique framework — we gently untangle what’s been getting in your way.

Along the way, you’ll build true emotional clarity, trust, deeper intimacy, and the confidence to show up more authentic in your relationships and — your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU ACCEPT insurance?

looking to use insurance?

I work with a select few insurance plans and reserve a limited number of spots for those clients. For most, I work as an out-of-network provider, meaning I don't bill insurance directly, but many clients use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for sessions.
To make that process as easy as possible, I partner with services that help you navigate your out-of-network benefits so you're often just paying a co-pay.

*Please note that due to scope of practice regulations, some somatic therapy sessions are private pay only.

who do you work with?

This is therapy for those who are in a season where things don’t feel the same, right or comfortable anymore.
You feel the anxiety, disconnection, or patterns that aren’t shifting.
You’ve likely thought a lot about it already and you’re ready for something deeper to change.

My work is inclusive and welcoming of all identities, expressions, orientations and lived experiences.
You are welcome here.

When will I see results?

When will I see results?

It honestly depends. Some clients notice shifts within a few weeks to work through something specific, while others stay longer as their goals evolve — growth doesn’t really follow a timeline (or our calendars, unfortunately). We’ll go at a pace that works for you.

Do you offer one time sessions?

Do you offer one time sessions?

Ongoing therapy is where the real healing and growth happens. I do offer specific consultation sessions if you’re looking for something more focused.

What is your approach to therapy?

What is your approach to therapy?

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both your mind and your body.
We’ll look at patterns, what’s underneath them, and how they’re showing up in your life and relationships — not just talk about them, but actually work with them.
It’s about understanding yourself in a way that leads to real, felt change.
