People often carry far more beneath the surface than anyone can see. I work with those who are used to holding it all together. The reliable ones, the high-functioners, the caregivers, the partners and parents who try so hard.
I know what it’s like to lose yourself. And, how to find your way back by slowing down, understanding, and actually listening. Not overthinking. Not pushing through. Listening to what your body, and something deeper, has been trying to say.
You deserve a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, the calm one, or the one who always has it figured out.
If you've been circling the idea of therapy for a while, opening websites, closing them, telling yourself you'll look again next week — I get it.
Starting something new when you already feel off is a lot to ask.
I show up as a human, not a blank slate. I have a personality, and I'll use it. I'll also know when to get out of the way.
Direct, not harsh. If I notice something, I'll name it — gently, usually with a little humor.
We work with your body, not just your head. A lot of what's keeping you stuck isn't in your thoughts. It's in your shoulders, your gut, the way your breath gets shallow when certain topics come up.
I trust you to know yourself. My job isn't to hand you answers. It's to help you get quiet enough to hear your own.
It feels like a real conversation.
We'll talk about what's going on in your life, in your body, in the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed and broken.
By the end, you'll have a sense of me, I'll have a sense of you, and we'll decide together what working together could look like.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Longer options (75 or 90) are available if and when you crave deeper work.
You're smart, self-aware, and yet, you're stuck, lost, or just plain confused.
Maybe you're contemplating a divorce, navigating a career pivot, adjusting to an empty nest, or moving through an identity shift you didn't see coming.
You've read the books. You can articulate what's wrong to your friends. But something in you still isn't moving.
You want someone who'll meet you as an equal, sit with the hard stuff, and help you understand yourself better.
If that's what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
I’m so glad you’re here
As a therapist, women’s health and somatic movement practitioner, I get it. Life, relationships, and even our bodies can feel complicated.
Therapy with me is real and built on clarity and safety. It's a place to explore what’s beneath the surface, from emotions and relationships to body cues and old patterns, without taking it all too seriously.
Using a blend of holistic and evidence-based tools, including intimacy work, trauma-informed care, nervous system support, Brainspotting and my own unique framework — we gently untangle what’s been getting in your way.
Along the way, you’ll build true emotional clarity, trust, deeper intimacy, and the confidence to show up more authentic in your relationships and — your life.

Change begins with curiosity. Slow down, ask why with compassion, and uncover the patterns and stories that shape how you show up in life and relationships.
I'm an out-of-network, private-pay therapist. Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes, paid at time of service. Longer options (75 or 90) are available and scheduled in advance.
Pelvic floor and somatic body-based sessions are offered at a different rate. We'll talk through the options on our consult call so you know exactly what to expect.
Insurance reimbursement: I partner with Thizer, which checks your out-of-network benefits upfront and files claims for you automatically. Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how much comes back and you never have to chase paperwork.
Sliding scale: I hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots and keep a waitlist.
If cost is the main thing standing between you and getting started, reach out and we can figure it out together!
This is therapy for those who are in a season where things don’t feel the same, right or comfortable anymore.
You feel the anxiety, disconnection, or patterns that aren’t shifting.
You’ve likely thought a lot about it already and you’re ready for something deeper to change.
My work is inclusive and welcoming of all identities, expressions, orientations and lived experiences.
You are welcome here.
It honestly depends. Some clients notice shifts within a few weeks to work through something specific, while others stay longer as their goals evolve — growth doesn’t really follow a timeline (or our calendars, unfortunately). We’ll go at a pace that works for you.
Ongoing therapy is where the real healing and growth happens.
That said, I do offer specific consultation sessions if you're looking for something more focused — clarity on a specific issue, or a sounding board for a decision you're weighing. Mention it on our consult call and we'll go from there.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both your mind and your body.
We’ll look at patterns, what’s underneath them, and how they’re showing up in your life and relationships — not just talk about them, but actually work with them.
It’s about understanding yourself in a way that leads to real, felt change.
