You’ve been feeling it for a while now... something needs to change, but you’re not sure how.
We start with what’s showing up, in your thoughts, your body, and your relationships.
Because this isn’t just in your head.
It’s in your nervous system. In what you’ve been carrying for a long time. This work is about understanding that and finally creating space to put some of it down.
We get curious about what’s underneath the anxiety,
the disconnection, the exhaustion.
And over time, something begins to shift.
You feel more connection.
More clarity about what you need.
And the courage to feel like yourself again.
Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm
That constant hum of anxiety that never fully quiets. Your nervous system has been working overtime and it's time to give it some relief.
Perimenopause & Menopause Mental Health
The mood shifts, the sleep disruption, the emotional waves that catch you off guard. This is a space that takes that seriously without minimizing what you're experiencing.
Burnout & Over-Functioning
You've been holding it all together for so long you don't know how to stop. We'll get curious about what's driving that and slowly start to put some of it down.
Identity & Self-Trust Issues
Who are you when the roles start shifting? This is where we make sense of the in-between and rebuild trust in your own knowing.
Relationships & Boundaries Confusion
The patterns that keep showing up. The boundaries that feel impossible to hold. We'll get honest about what's not working and build something more real.
Mind-Body Disconnection
Using somatic therapy, intimacy work and Brainspotting we build tools for emotional steadiness by learning to listen to what your body has been trying to say all along.
That constant hum of anxiety that never fully quiets. The mood shifts, sleep disruption, and emotional waves that catch you off guard. The burnout of holding it all together for so long you don't even know how to stop anymore. The identity questions that surface when the roles start shifting and you're not sure who you are underneath them. The patterns in your relationships that keep showing up no matter how hard you try. That persistent, quiet feeling of being completely disconnected from your own body.
The thoughts that loop.
The tension you carry without realizing.
You don't have to keep figuring this out at 3am, feeling alone.
Feeling genuinely settled instead of constantly bracing. Finally knowing what you actually want and who you are underneath all the layers. Knowing what you need and feeling okay asking for it. Setting boundaries without the guilt spiral. Noticing an old trigger and actually having a choice about how you respond.
If something in you said yes reading any of this, trust that.
Women find their way here when they're ready for something to actually shift.
I'd love to be part of that.
Sessions available in-person in my cozy Centennial office and virtually throughout Colorado.
Finding yourself again and actually liking what you find.
I’ve spent years sitting with women in the middle of it — the transitions, the exhaustion, the quiet identity shift that rarely gets said out loud. The kind that shows up at 3am and won’t let you go.
I know this territory because I’ve lived it. I know what it takes to find your way back to yourself, to rebuild trust in your own body, and to stop measuring your worth by how much you carry for everyone else.
That lived experience isn’t separate from my clinical work — it’s the reason I do it.
My training in relational, psychodynamic, strength-based, and somatic therapy, along with trauma-informed care, nervous system work, and intimacy-focused work — is grounded in something deeper than any credential: the experience of finding my own way back, and knowing firsthand what’s possible on the other side.
