I work with midlife women and couples in the seasons when a lot is shifting at once, caring for aging parents while still showing up for kids, hormonal and body changes, intimacy that's gotten quiet or complicated, identity questions that sneak up in your forties, fifties and beyond. The kind of stuff where pushing through used to work, and suddenly doesn't anymore.

I get it because I've lived a version of it myself. I know what it's like to lose yourself while holding everything together; to keep pushing through, overthinking, and overriding until your body starts saying what your mind won't. I've done my own work of finding my way back. Not by figuring it all out. By finally slowing down enough to listen. That's exactly what we do together.

Most of my work is real, relational talk therapy, grounded, honest, and a little humorous when the moment needs it. I also offer body-based and pelvic floor healing for women whose bodies are still holding something birth, trauma, hormonal shifts, or years of bracing through stress have left behind. Trauma-informed. Paced by you.

My whole approach comes back to one belief: you don't need to be fixed. You need somewhere quiet enough, and real enough, that you can finally hear yourself again.
